leujin: (hello there pretty)
I played pretend with Whitney last night. However, after like an hour, people started to drift away, so it wasn't much fun anymore. I was a pirate, Whitney was the angel of death, Sara (not Sara, but Sara) was a vampire princess, and Mouse was a whore. It was really funny. So after people drifted off, I went and got high, and there was ness... and yeah, then I fell asleep. I woke up at like 2, and realized I had probably missed the LARP, which was just fine because I felt like absolute shit this morning anyway. I wasn't about to go run around and beat people with PVC swords.

Ooh, look at my horoscope!

Dear Nathan,
Today you could feel tuned into other people's thoughts, Nathan. You've always had a psychic side, and today this part of you could be on display. Maybe you will anticipate something that your boss is going to need from you. By doing this work ahead of time, you could impress this person with your sensitivity and initiative. Or maybe you will pick up on something your romantic partner wants. Act on your intuitive impressions, and you'll have pleasant results!

First of all, my horoscope is dumb for using my name twice like that. Anyway, I just found it amusing that it says I've always had a psychic side, because sometimes my dreams are really prophetic, or they have some sort of message in them. Like a long time ago, when my mom still only had three ferrets, I had a dream that they all escaped out of the house and we had to go find them all. However, we only found two of them. When I woke up, I heard my little brother crying because one of the ferrets fell from the bathroom shelf onto the floor and broke his neck. It was really strange... anyway, I played a bit of Nintendo, then I was feeling better so I went to the grocery store. While there I bought Underworld. Yay, Kat Bakingsale! That's my update. yay.

Click me, bitch! Bet you can't guess what the them is. Ha, that'd be funny if you couldn't.
leujin: (hooray!)
Mario Kart: Double Dash is seriously the greatest game ever created. I cannot stop playing it. I played it for a bit last night, I played it some this morning, and I've just been playing it now for the last 2~ish hours. It's so wonderful. I've been looking for it ever since I got my gamecube, and I'm so happy that I finally got it. When I went to the mall yesterday, I went in and picked up the CD I wanted and the extra controler, and there it was. Calling to me. I stood there in the store, staring at the game for another 10 minutes trying to decide if I really wanted to buy it, because that would put my bill up to $100 (games are expensive as hell!). I'm awfully glad I decided to buy it. It's so addictive, and I can't get the damn music out of my head. There's racing, and violence, and... and... *sploog* Damn it.
leujin: (well crap)
I'm really frustrated. I decided that I wanted to play diablo, so I popped in the disc and started the setup. It sat there for a few minutes, and I realized it had frozen. So ctrl-alt-delete and try again. I went through this several times before I decided to check the system specs. Something about my CD rom drive, so I click the button that says "install something-or-another." I install it, restart the computer, and try again. It still doesn't work. So at this point I take out the CD and put it in the OTHER drive. It finally installs, but it sits there on a black screen for a bit. I CAD again, and it tells me something about a necessary file not being installed... "wtf?" I say, and click "play diablo" again. It works this time! Hooray! I create a new character and click on battle.net... it gives me the standard diablo message of "searching for fastest battle.net server." It says this for about 5 minutes, before it finally tells me that I don't have an internet connection. I blame the school for this one.
