Sep. 10th, 2008 06:19 pmI got my first ASA today.
What's an ASA, you ask? Well, Billy, I'll tell you!
ASA stands for Author Satisfaction Award. Employees are awarded such a thing for exemplary service to authors (generally this means appeasing high-maintenance authors). What exactly does this mean for me? God, you're needy, Billy.
But I'll tell you anyway! What this means is that I can come in an hour late or leave an hour early on a day of my choice AND I get reimbursed for all the gas I use this month.
Have I mentioned lately that my job is way cooler than yours?
Apparently I'm doing my job right.
