Okay, I really hate people. I just want the general population to fuck off. Allow me to elaborate: English today, we had to have our rough drafts done. No big deal. I can bull shit a pretty mean paper. I've had 8 years of training in the public school system. This class, however, is basically like taking Sophomore English over again. All we do is write essays, and when the rough drafts are due we have to do a self edit and get three peer edits. I got my self edit and one peer edit done, but 2 of the 4 people I normally work with decided not to come to class. I had to go all around the damn school trying to find someone from my class to do my peer edit, and they were all being assholes and like "um... yeah, I already did 3." Okay, fine. Fuck you too, dick munch. They would get fucking extra credit to do this. WHO THE FUCK TURNS DOWN EXTRA CREDIT?! ESPECIALLY when it's something as mind numbingly EASY as reading an essay and writing what all is wrong with it. Seriously, when we're doing a peer edit we have to answer four questions: Who is the audience? What is the author trying to get across? What is the authors clearest paragraph? What is the authors weakest paragraph? And after that you have to put a summary of the page using 2 or three words for each paragraph, and then write a simple paragraph elaborating on the whole thing. Easy enough. You could do three of this in a fucking half hour, no sweat, especially because these papers only had to be 500 words and everybody did the BARE minimum. Nobody would edit my paper. I asked everyone in that fucking class, and they were all just being general asshats. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for a FUCKING GRADE. Seriously, fuck the college mentallity. Fuck everyone here. Assholes.
